Natalie Leek, Vice President
Originally from Mumbai, India, Natalie moved to the United States in 1991. She has a graduate degree in Business Management from Case Western Reserve University and over 20 years of experience in Human Resource Management and Marketing. She is a strong believer of small business being the engine of economic growth. Until 2008 she worked full time as a Senior Assistant Director of Admissions at Oberlin College of Arts and Sciences. Since her marriage to James Leek in 2002, she has apprenticed with him for a year and also worked part time in the company in addition to her job at Oberlin college. She caught the organ building bug when she first met James Leek at a Swing Dance event and was immediately struck by his commitment to his faith, his passion for his craft in organ building. Natalie has worked hands-on with the pipe organs our firm services. She is intimately aware of the challenges and rewards of this work. As a 30 year yoga practitioner, she integrates the best of the east and the west in her work and life. She is a regular volunteer with the Siddha Yoga Meditation Center of Cleveland and has also volunteered with the Cleveland Metroparks. Recently she was appointed Vice Chair of the Butternut Ridge Road Historic District Homeowners Association. Her passion to protect the musical legacy of pipe organs and all things historic propels her forward to educate and inform in her work.
